🚫 No Refund & No Return Policy

Lexus Kustom Kreationz

At Lexus Kustom Kreationz, all items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange Policy.

All Sales Are Final

By placing an order with Lexus Kustom Kreationz, you acknowledge and agree that:

❌ No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.

❌ No returns will be accepted.

❌ No exchanges will be provided.

❌ No cancellations will be accepted after production has begun.

Custom Products

Each item is created specifically for you using the photos, names, colors, themes, and information you provide. Because these items cannot be resold, all custom orders are considered final sale.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all mockups, proofs, spelling, dates, photos, and design details before approving production.

Once a mockup has been approved:

  • No changes can be made.
  • No refunds will be issued for approved designs.
  • Lexus Kustom Kreationz is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if design work has not yet started.

If design work, customization, or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution if the error was caused by Lexus Kustom Kreationz.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving custom goods that match the approved design is a violation of this agreement.
