Processing & Production Time

All items sold by Lexus Kustom Kreationz are custom-made to order.

✨ Current processing/production time is approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of payment and final design approval.

Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

Production will begin only after:

  • Full payment has been received
  • All required photos and information have been submitted
  • Design mockup has been approved (when applicable)

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States.

📦 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

📍 Local pickup is available for customers in the Columbia, South Carolina area.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lexus Kustom Kreationz is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Returned packages due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lexus Kustom Kreationz is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims.

Custom Orders

Because all products are custom-made and personalized, shipping dates may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

We appreciate your patience as we create your custom items with care and attention to detail.
